Please allow a 3 week notice for all events. It is not always a guarantee that the colors you need will be in stock, so let's plan ahead & get booked!

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Without a deposit, we won't add your date to our calendar.

All events booked within the same 7 days of your event date will incur a $100 rush fee.

​

Please note there is a $25 onsite consultation fee for all meetings. This fee will go towards your balance should you choose to hire Carmen The Balloon Boss for your special event! This fee is not a deposit for your event date

Please note that all retainer fees and deposits are nonrefundable, but transferable up to one year from original event date.
